It's such a fun activity to do on a rainy day and there are so many materials to choose from . The lady that owns it is also really friendly and welcoming . I will definitely be visiting again if i'm in salcombe.

Every time we go to Salcombe, this is one of our compulsive stops for many reasons. One is to say hello to the owner, Alice. She is a delightful person to chat with. We can literally chat there hours with her drinking one of the healthy teas she sells there. The second reason is to buy her cards, designed by her. We use these cards for birthdays, xmas or any special event, and our friends love them. If you have children, and you want to introduce them to craft and arts, this is the right place. Looking forward to our next visit, we are running low of cards!

We visited here a couple of weeks ago whilst on holiday. We were so lucky with the weather but knew before we arrived we wanted to visit here to make something with our children. We went to enquire a few days earlier and the lady said she intended to close until the weekend as with the good weather wasn’t expecting to be busy but when I explained we were going home early on the Saturday morning she very kindly offered to open especially for us one day that week. We had a lovely morning here as a family getting creative, lovely memories.

What a cool place. Great for ALL ages!! Sensory, sensible and sustainable. Both our children loved it and whilst it’s not the cheapest it’s far from expensive and it has a really educational and fun aspect to it. This is the sort of place that should be government funded - it encourages creativity, learning and builds confidence! A real gem on island street :-) Highly recommended as is booking in advance as it gets booked up - not busy but booked up. Cheers, Adam :-)
